Community Standards

1. Purpose
Kartoonii is a creator-first platform designed for a broad audience, including general and
younger users.
These Community Standards define the types of content and behavior that are allowed and
not allowed when using Kartoonii.
They apply to:
- Content created, shared, or published within Kartoonii
- User profiles and publicly visible information
- Interactions between users
- Any use of Kartoonii content within the platform
2. Core Principles
Kartoonii is built around the following principles:
- Creativity — users should be free to create and explore
- Safety — the platform must remain appropriate for a broad audience
- Respect — users and creators must be treated fairly
- Integrity — creators' work should not be misused or misrepresented
3. Scope of Enforcement
Kartoonii distinguishes between:
- Private content — content not shared or made accessible to others
- Shared or public content — content that is visible to other users or distributed
through the platform
Kartoonii does not actively monitor private content.
However:
- Any content that is shared, published, or made accessible to others must comply with
these Community Standards
- Kartoonii may take action on private content if required for legal, safety, or security
reasons
Private content remains subject to these Community Standards if it is reported, shared, or
otherwise brought to Kartoonii's attention.
4. Content Standards
4.1 Allowed Content
Kartoonii supports a wide range of creative expression, including:
- Original characters, scenes, and visual designs
- Stylized, cartoon, or abstract representations
- Creative exploration using assets and tools within the platform
- Content used in accordance with the Creator License Framework
4.2 Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed to be shared, published, or distributed within
Kartoonii:
A. Sexual or Explicit Content
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Sexualized depictions of minors (strictly prohibited)
- Content intended to arouse or exploit
B. Violent or Harmful Content
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content that promotes harm, abuse, or dangerous behavior
- Content intended to shock, disturb, or intimidate
C. Hate, Harassment, or Abuse
- Content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Harassment, threats, or bullying
- Degrading, dehumanizing, or abusive content
D. Illegal or Exploitative Content
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Exploitation or endangerment of minors
- Promotion or facilitation of illegal activities
E. Misleading or Deceptive Content
- Impersonation of individuals, creators, or entities
- Misrepresentation of authorship or ownership
- Attempts to deceive, defraud, or mislead users
5. Creator and Asset Integrity
Kartoonii is designed to protect creators and their work. Use of assets and Works is also
governed by the Creator License Framework, incorporated by reference. See Creator License Framework §2 for definitions of Creator,
Player, Asset, and Work.
Users may not:
- Claim another creator's assets or Works as their own
- Remove, obscure, or falsify attribution where required
- Use assets in ways that violate the Creator License Framework
- Extract, reconstruct, reverse-engineer, or redistribute assets outside their intended
use
- Use Works to recreate or distribute reusable asset systems
6. Platform Misuse
Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass access controls, permissions, or feature restrictions
- Use automation (including bots, scripts, or crawlers) to scrape or extract content
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Service
- Abuse sharing systems, invite mechanisms, or distribution features
- Use the platform in ways that undermine its intended functionality or fairness
7. Sharing and Public Content
Any content that is shared, published, or made accessible to others must comply with these
Community Standards.
Kartoonii reserves the right to:
- Remove or restrict access to content
- Limit visibility or distribution
- Disable sharing features
- Take action against accounts associated with violations
8. External Use of Kartoonii Content
When using Kartoonii content outside the platform:
Users may not:
- Represent Kartoonii as associated with content that would violate these Community
Standards
- Use Kartoonii branding, name, or attribution in connection with inappropriate or
prohibited content
- Misrepresent the origin of Works or claim authorship of assets they did not create
Kartoonii may take action where external use misrepresents the platform or harms the
platform, its users, or its community.
9. Reporting
If you believe content or behavior violates these Community Standards, you may report it
to:
When submitting a report, please include:
- A description of the issue
- A link or reference to the content (if available)
- Any relevant context that may help with review
Kartoonii may review and act on reports at its sole discretion.
Kartoonii is not obligated to respond to every report or disclose the outcome of any
review.
10. Enforcement
Kartoonii may take enforcement actions at its sole discretion, including:
- Removing or restricting content
- Limiting functionality or feature access
- Suspending or terminating accounts
Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior notice. Where practical, Kartoonii
may notify users of enforcement actions, but is not required to do so.
Kartoonii reserves the right to interpret and apply these Community Standards at its sole
discretion.
Kartoonii aims to apply these standards consistently and in good faith. However,
enforcement decisions may be made based on incomplete information or automated systems,
and outcomes may vary.
Appeals
Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting safety@kartoonii.com. Kartoonii may review appeals at its discretion but is not obligated to reverse or
modify any decision.
11. Evolving Standards
Kartoonii may update these Community Standards as the platform evolves.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated standards.
